A4 & US LETTER COMPATIBLE

These presentation folders are designed in an A4 & US Letter compatible format, making them ideal for holding and presenting standard business documents, proposals, information sheets, marketing materials and other printed paperwork.

The folder is designed to accommodate documents including:

A4 — 210 × 297 mm / 8.27 × 11.69 inches

and

US Letter — 8.5 × 11 inches / 216 × 279 mm

Please note that these measurements refer to the document formats the presentation folder is designed to accommodate, rather than the exact external dimensions of the finished folder.

For example, if you require 100 presentation folders, select Quantity 2.

All folders within your order will be produced using the same uploaded design.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your finish.

Select your preferred Matte or Gloss finish.

2. Choose the number of packs you need.

Each quantity represents one pack of 50 presentation folders.

Quantity 1 = 50 folders
Quantity 2 = 100 folders
Quantity 3 = 150 folders

3. Upload your finished design.

Upload one completed image containing your finished presentation folder artwork.

For the Printy Pro image-upload area, a landscape 4:3 image is recommended, with 2000 × 1500 px providing a suitable high-resolution upload format.

Please note that 2000 × 1500 px refers to the recommended image-upload format and is not the physical size of the finished presentation folder.

Your design should already contain everything you want printed.

4. Position and check your artwork.

Use the personalisation preview to check the positioning of your uploaded design.

Please carefully check your logo, text, contact information, spelling, images, QR codes, website addresses and all other design elements.

5. Place your order.

Once you're happy with your artwork, place your order and your design will be professionally printed onto your presentation folders.

IMAGE UPLOAD INFORMATION

For the best results, please upload a finished, high-resolution design rather than individual logos, text or other separate design elements.

For the Printy Pro upload area, we recommend:

Recommended orientation: Landscape
Recommended aspect ratio: 4:3
Recommended image size: 2000 × 1500 px or higher

A larger image using the same proportions can also be used, provided it is clear and high resolution.

For the best print quality, your artwork should be supplied at a sufficiently high resolution for the final printed size.

Please avoid screenshots, small images, heavily compressed files or artwork that becomes blurry or pixelated when enlarged.

IMPORTANT ARTWORK INFORMATION

Please upload finished, print-ready artwork.

Your uploaded design should already contain all text, branding, images and other elements exactly as you would like them to appear on the finished folder.

Presentation folders include folding and pocket areas, so please pay particular attention to the positioning of important elements within your design.

When positioning your artwork in the personalisation area:

Keep important text and logos safely away from edges, folds and cutting areas.
Ensure backgrounds or graphics intended to reach an edge extend fully across the available print area.
Check the personalisation preview carefully before ordering.
Avoid placing essential information where it may be affected by the folder's folds or construction.

For artwork requiring precise positioning, we recommend preparing your design using the appropriate product template.

Printy Pro prints the artwork supplied by you and does not automatically correct, proofread or redesign uploaded artwork.

Please check your design carefully before ordering. Spelling mistakes, incorrect contact information, low-resolution images, misplaced artwork or other errors contained within your uploaded design may appear on the finished folders.

Colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer monitors may also vary slightly from the final printed product.
